About this notice
This Privacy Notice applies to the DECKERIS LLC website. The website is primarily informational. DECKERIS does not intentionally collect prospective customer information through website forms, customer accounts, or document uploads.
This distinction does not mean that no technical information is processed when the website is delivered or that ordinary business email is outside normal recordkeeping. Those activities are described below.
Email inquiries and project information
You may contact DECKERIS voluntarily through the published business email addresses. Selecting an email link opens your own email application; the website does not submit or store the message.
Messages and attachments sent to DECKERIS are received and processed through Microsoft 365. They may include your name, email address, phone number, project description, property location, approximate measurements, photographs, drawings, preferred scheduling, budget information, or other details you choose to provide.
DECKERIS may use this correspondence to respond to an inquiry, evaluate proposed work, prepare an estimate, discuss project requirements, and maintain necessary business records. Email correspondence may be retained for legitimate operational, recordkeeping, or legal purposes. No fixed retention period is stated here.
Please do not send financial account details, identification documents, or other unnecessary sensitive personal information by email.
Website hosting and technical processing
The website is planned to be hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical request information as needed to deliver content, maintain network availability, detect abuse, apply security controls, and operate its infrastructure. Depending on the services and settings in use, this may include information such as IP addresses, request timestamps, requested URLs, browser or device information, technical errors, and security-related request data.
This infrastructure processing is not a DECKERIS customer database. The exact data available to DECKERIS and applicable provider retention depend on the hosting configuration and Cloudflare's services and policies.
Browser preference, cookies, and tracking
If you choose Light, Dark, or System appearance, the website may save that theme preference in your browser's local storage under the key deckeris-theme. The value contains only the selected appearance setting and is not used to identify or track you.
The DECKERIS website application does not currently set first-party cookies and does not include advertising trackers, remarketing pixels, behavioral profiling, visitor fingerprinting, marketing automation, or analytics tags. Hosting or security providers may use technical mechanisms as part of their own services, so this notice does not promise that provider infrastructure will never use a cookie or process request information.
Service providers and information sharing
Cloudflare may process technical request information for website hosting, and Microsoft may process email messages and attachments through Microsoft 365. DECKERIS does not sell prospective customer information or use website inquiry data for advertising profiles.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, safety, or the security of services. Project-specific information practices may depend on the work being evaluated and should be discussed directly with DECKERIS.
Information security
DECKERIS uses a data-minimizing website design intended to reduce unnecessary collection and exposure. No method of internet transmission, email, or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Use care when deciding what information to send electronically.
